On October 9- 11th the hybris Cloud HackFest took place at Technische Universität München (TUM). This is Europe’s largest cloud business & technology hackathon, focusing on business and technology ideas in the area of commerce, marketing, sales & service.

During the event, hybris partners, customers and students joined forces in developing disruptive cloud business solutions based on the newest Hybris offering “as-a-service”: YaaS. Two of our top-geeks Dimitar Georgiev and Dimitar Dimitrov attended and within the 3 days developed mobile app for in-store purchases levering YaaS & beacons. Our evaluation and feedback about yaas.io is that it is a great product and we are happy to be one of the first partners to give it a try…
