Novarto completed an SAP CRM 7.0 implementation project in Petrol JSC in February 2013. Petrol’s more then 500 gas stations make it the company with most developed distribution network for oil and gas in Bulgaria.
We worked on this challenging project together with our partner in Bulgaria – VBS. VBS was responsible for the integration with all SAP legacy systems and Novarto takes care of the CRM implementation.
At the completion of the project Petrol, who is a reference customer of SAP, managed to streamline the maintenance and operations with business customers through SAP CRM.
The project scope includes:
• Integration with SAP ERP and SAP BW
• Typical SAP CRM scenarios such as Opportunity management, Activity management and Accounts management.
• Modification of the standard SAP objects – Accounts and Contracts in order to comply with customer’s business processes for key-accounts contracting.
• Complex integration with a third party credit management system.
This challenging project was completed on time and the solution is in a productive use.
